Europa Biosite acquires MEDISTA spol. s r.o.
SZABO-SCANDIC is pleased to announce the acquisition of MEDISTA spol. s r.o., a specialist distributor of diagnostics and laboratory technology in the Czech Republic, by Europa Biosite. The acquisition is subject to customary regulatory approvals.
The addition of MEDISTA marks an important milestone for our Group, expanding Europa Biosite into the Czech Republic and significantly strengthening our Group’s capabilities in diagnostics.
